Prysmian has secured the voluntary UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, acknowledging the company’s efforts to implement practical measures over the years to promote an inclusive work environment that honors all forms of diversity. This certification, specifically applicable to the Italian scope, including Prysmian Spa and EOSS, was awarded by RINA, a multinational certification group functioning in more than 70 countries, after a successful evaluation process. This process assessed areas such as pay, recruitment and selection, as well as professional development. The certification also affirms Prysmian’s support for issues related to parenting, work-life balance, and its initiatives to prevent any type of abuse—whether physical, verbal, or digital—at the workplace.
