Simplified Structure Reflecting Strategic Priorities

The new organizational model will streamline the current framework by reducing the number of regions from nine to five. This simplification is intended to improve commercial and industrial effectiveness, enhancing operational capabilities to support the Group’s growth ambitions.

The newly defined framework introduces key business segments, regions, and operational functions that will report directly to Prysmian CEO, Massimo Battaini.
